FACILITY OVERVIEW

Attention to detail.

Our attention to detail begins long before the first visitors decide to rent your home. We provide the following services:

  • Securing registration with the local/regional tax authorities.
  • Obtaining a hotel/motel license where and when applicable.
  • Installing smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.
  • Arranging for utilities, including water and electricity to be connected and deposits to be paid.
  • Arranging cable TV and telephone services to be connected.
  • Ensuring that home furnishings and equipment are installed and inventoried.

Classic manage your property to maximize its value. Once a home is in our property management system, we will continue to provide the following services:

  • Ensuring bills are paid.
  • Pool, garden and pest control services.
  • Arranging for the property to be completely cleaned prior to visit.
  • Bed linens washed and changed, toilets sanitized after each visitor vacates.
  • Arranging for ongoing maintenance, repairs or renovations.
  • Providing 24-hour emergency service.
  • Providing details of Translators in non-english speaking countries. 
  • Providing check-in facilities for guests as per required by local law.
  • Managing and maintaining a reservation system for the property.
